Raymond: Architecting the Digital Roadmap

Project Introduction:

Raymond as a brand has a strong legacy in fabric and dressing men. With time and established market share it almost became a verb in Indian context. A suit got almost replaced with Raymond. With time Raymond ventured into various categories and came up with some successful brands like Parx, Park Avenue, Color Plus and made to measure which helped it to effectively segment and cater the market. The project involved strategizing Omni channel ecommerce journey and bring back the love of tailoring.
