INDIA'S BEST DESIGN PROJECT 2017

Jayaprakash Narayan Interpretation Centre (Museum of Socialism)

Project Introduction:

The intent is to capture the essence of JP by informing the common man about his life and ideology, sensitising them towards the issues that he stood for and thus, inspiring them to make a difference in their own lives and to society. The museum’s contemporary nature takes responsibility for creating tomorrow’shistory while narrating today’s, and reflecting the times we live in. The architecture sits in conversation and merges seamlessly with museum and exhibition planning, experience design and landscape.
