Project Introduction:

AIer successfully launching and running India’s first Brazilian restaurant in Pune and Mumbai, Boteco Restaurants decided to enter the global retail market with their top selling product – Pão de Queijo – Brazilian cheese bread, in the frozen food segment. This product is not just Brazil’s tradiWonal snack but also brings with it the country’s way of life that is spirited, easy and energeWc. A versaWle snack that is easy to eat and can be paired with anything.
