DAMned Art: Chennai. Water. Dialogue

Project Introduction:
DAMned Art – as the name conceptually also addresses – is a statement made through an experiential design in a confined space; of art in public spaces and the artists showing in multiple ways – through video installations, films, large photos, models, animation, drawings and text – what their art on the river banks would have been. One aspect of the brief was to design an exhibition showcasing the works of a group of 20 artists, and the other to also create a community space experience within the walls of the Lalit Kala Akademi compound.
