Project Introduction:

A typical restaurant in India is often a frantic and fast paced environment. The ineffeciencies of most commercial kitchen equipment in the market
space produce a lot of heat. Restaurants experience vastly different cuisine shifts between breakfast to lunch/dinner. Breakfasts involve a diverse range of dishes; whereas lunch involves more wholesome foods. These requirements, along with the tight real estate space in kitchens called for a unique and modular system that allows users to quickly adapt their workspace to fit the need of the hour. The commercial cooking stove is devised to adapt to the fast paced needs of an Indian kitchen.
