A typical restaurant in India is often a frantic and fast paced environment. The ineffeciencies of most commercial kitchen equipment in the market
space produce a lot of heat. Restaurants experience vastly different cuisine shifts between breakfast to lunch/dinner. Breakfasts involve a diverse range of dishes; whereas lunch involves more wholesome foods.
